Payment

Your child’s treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all anticipated costs before treatment is administered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Care Credit. We appreciate payment at the time services are rendered, unless special arrangements have been made prior to your child’s appointment.

Insurance

We will be happy to file your primary insurance claims for your convenience. We can file at your child’s first visit if we have all your insurance information. Please be prepared to pay any amount that is determined not payable by your insurance plan, such as deductibles and percentages. We accept all insurances as long as you can go to any dentist of your choice. Parents, please remember you are responsible for any balance remaining after the insurance pays and for any charge not paid by your insurance company within 60 days of filing the claim.
